NHS Black Country ICB providing financial reporting, financial one-year and medium-term planning across the Black Country ICS. Prior to the formation of the ICB, a wide-range of interim support was provided across the financial management team.

Bristol Community Health to construct a modelling tool to support a bid for a 10 year contract and business planning model as well as provide interim financial control support.

George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust to develop and implement Service Line Reporting, lead year-end contract negotiations with activity and income modelling and support Trust wide financial planning.

GreenSquareAccord providing interim support as Head of Financial Management; the finance lead on commercial service exits; and support to the single ledger project.

HCT Group to develop a dynamic long term financial model with scenario and stress test capability to evaluate disinvestment and acquisition opportunities alongside monthly reporting KPIs.

NHS Herefordshire and Worcestershire ICB providing an interim finance lead for the ICS. Prior to the formation of the ICB,  also developed a collaborative and integrated approach to capacity optimisation for MSK and Ophthalmology services.

Marie Curie to develop Service Line Reporting.

Midland Heart Housing Association to support the corporate finance function with refining system processes and troubleshooting to improve management information, enabling better business decisions.

North Staffordshire Combined NHS Trust to provide support as finance lead to the Integrated Locality Working programme, the migration to a new financial ledger, production of a new long term financial model, capital reporting review and interim support to cover the Deputy Director of Finance role.

Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust to provide finance lead support to the Data Centre Infrastructure Refresh and EPR Hosted Solution business case
